Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Team Manager to oversee and manage a group of professionals within our team.   • Identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs for team members.

  • Foster open communication within the team and across departments.

  • Act as a liaison between the team and senior management, ensuring smooth communication on priorities.

  • Address and resolve conflicts or challenges within the team promptly.

  • Evaluate team processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement optimizations.

  • Ensure all relevant data, metrics, and feedback are documented in accordance with company policies.

  • Oversee resource allocation to ensure that the team is equipped to meet goals.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations, particularly related to resource utilization and time management.
