We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. You will work closely with employees and management to ensure HR policies are effectively implemented and that the workplace remains positive, compliant, and productive.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation and training are completed.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and support.
Handle employee queries, concerns, and grievances in a confidential and professional manner.
Help organize employee engagement activities and initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and other HR administrative tasks.
Support in creating and updating HR policies and employee handbooks.
Performance Management:
Assist in the implementation of performance management systems, including conducting appraisals and providing feedback to employees.
Track and monitor employee performance metrics and work with managers to develop improvement plans when necessary.
Training & Development:
Assist in identifying training needs and coordinate internal and external training programs.
Ensure employees have access to necessary learning and development opportunities.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and other employment-related legal requirements.
Assist with HR reporting and audits as needed to ensure organizational compliance.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Key Skills:
Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI) is a plus.
