Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute digital marketing strategies for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in digital marketing, with a particular focus on SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads, social media campaigns, and other paid advertising channels.
  • Conduct SEO audits, implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques, and monitor organic search performance.
  • Create, schedule, and execute content for blogs, websites, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.), providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling marketing collateral.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and apply them to improve performance.
  • Manage and grow social media profiles on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Work with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies and nurture customer relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the software or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Proficient in using Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Ads, and other marketing tools.
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Mailchimp).
  • Familiarity with software development or SaaS products.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
