Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update the CRM software.
Monitor and optimize the sales process.
Handle daily management of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including content creation and scheduling.
Ensure smooth coordination between clients and team members.
Generate and follow up on sales leads.
Analyze reports and performance metrics to develop strategies for improvement.
