We are seeking a detail-oriented and qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial accounts, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, preparing financial statements, and advising the company on its financial strategy. You will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and ensuring the company maintains financial health and regulatory compliance.
Prepare and review financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow reports, etc.) in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and investors.
Oversee and manage tax planning and compliance, ensuring the company adheres to tax laws and regulations.
File tax returns (corporate tax, VAT/GST, etc.), and ensure timely payments of taxes.
Advise on tax-saving opportunities, tax provisions, and risk management strategies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and industry trends.
Lead internal and external audits and ensure that financial records comply with legal requirements.
Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent financial discrepancies.
Work with auditors to resolve issues and manage audit queries.
Provide financial analysis and insights to aid in decision-making and strategic planning.
Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
Evaluate financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and advise on business efficiency.
Prepare periodic management reports, analyzing variances and providing recommendations for improvements.
Provide expert advice on financial decisions, business strategy, and operational efficiencies.
Collaborate with senior management and departments to improve financial processes and systems.
Monitor cash flow and ensure the company’s liquidity needs are met.
Prepare cash flow forecasts and optimize working capital.
Ensure that all financial practices comply with corporate governance standards.
Maintain records of corporate financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
Assist in implementing policies to improve financial governance and controls.
